Our competition team is a fantastic opportunity for dancers who are passionate about making dance their primary extracurricular activity. We offer a variety of team options based on your dancer’s interests and preferred styles—there’s truly something for everyone!
Being part of the SSPA competition team is about more than just dance. It’s a chance for dancers to grow as individuals—learning the value of hard work, dedication, and most importantly, teamwork. These are lessons that extend far beyond the studio and will stay with them for life.
At SSPA, we’re committed to creating a POSITIVE and FUN environment for all of our dancers—and that includes our competition team! While we do work hard, we believe in lifting each other up and building a strong, supportive team culture. Our instructors emphasize collaboration and encouragement in every class.
Team dancers also enjoy plenty of performance opportunities throughout the season—from competitions to community events, Showcase, and recital. We love giving our dancers the chance to shine on stage doing what they love!
